Let Mike’s Sports N More help make your Fundraising event a success. We have been helping fundraisers increase the profits of their events, by sponsoring auctions, for the past 20 years.
All items that are presented for your event will make your event money, or we take the product back.
For example, an event that has 150 to 200 people in attendance would receive 4 to 5 autographed pieces and several other items, at around 30% below retail price. You pay nothing, until after your event is over. When the event is over just return any items that didn't sell and pay for only the items sold. A Win Win for everyone.
You will receive items that are Hot Sellers at that time for your event. All Autographed items will come with a COA from leading a Authentication Service such as Beckett, JSA and PSA/DNA. You can do all autographed pieces or none. Whatever fits your event’s needs.
You could begin the bidding for all of these products at say $10 over the event cost. Silent auctions work just fine, but if you can do an oral auction, they tend to bring the most money back. Any item that doesn’t get sold at the auction; we take back at no cost to you. You pay only for the items sold at the low-cost price. All money over the cost is yours for your fundraising needs.
Most small events can contact us as late as week or so before the event, and we will get your items ready. Any special requests or large events would need a little more time. We can also help set up, run your auction and collect any payments due for auction items at your event for you if needed. You pay nothing before your event, so you have nothing to lose in this situation. If nothing sells, return items at no cost.
For Tax Exempt events I will need a copy of your Tax-Exempt letter or Number. We can collect and pay any taxes for non-exempt events.
